3820 Residence – Chicago

With Chicago residences, backyard space is at a premium. That’s why we love to see bifolding door systems integrated into living areas! In less than a minute, the doors to your patio or yard area can fully retract, allowing for a seamless transition between indoors and out.

This clever design by Space Architects makes use of a Centor folding door system, complete with integrated bug screen. Warm, reclaimed Chicago common brick used on the home’s exterior and garage give this ultra-modern design a tasteful connection to the area’s history.
