Everyone loves a good before-and-after transformation, and this one might be one of our best! The new owners of this Lake Forest single family home opted for a major upgrade to the outdated, hole-riddled screened-in porch they inherited with the property.
A set of fresh new Centor bifolding aluminum windows beautifully modernized this room while also converting it into a space useable for all four seasons.
Insulated glass and the existing fireplace keeps this area of the home warm in winter, while the nearly imperceptible integrated screen keeps the bugs out come summertime.
