Yet another renovation success thanks to LaCantina Doors doors! Check out these photos of a residential project we worked on in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago. This savvy homeowner knew that a revamped backyard was far from complete without a snazzy new set of bifolding doors to access it.
We provided a massive, 15-foot wide system that allows the family to fully retract the whole rear-facing elevation of their kitchen for a seamless transition to the patio and porch beyond. Integrated screens keep the bugs out all summer long, while the aluminum exterior is weather resistant and easy to clean. Contrasting Douglas Fir was selected for the inside frame — a popular combination known as “Aliwood” — and stained to match the rest of the chic interior design.
