405 W Armitage is a collaborative residential project by 360 Design Studio LLC, En Masse Architecture and Design, and Barret Homes Chicago, located at the intersection of Lincoln Park and Old Town. This boutique condominium development features six wide residences, each thoughtfully designed with top-of-the-line interior appliances, a private patio balcony, and an outdoor garden space on the rooftop.
The exterior architecture balances timeless materials with contemporary details. The ground floor is clad in limestone, complemented by reclaimed brick patios, while crisp white brick defines the upper levels. Protruding brick elements add depth and texture to the façade, and subtle brick trim elegantly frames the casement windows above.
The project is scheduled for completion in March 2026, bringing a refined architectural presence to one of Chicago’s most desirable neighborhoods.
