On the corner of Bell and Roscoe sits a new collaboration between a+c Architects and Design en Masse.
Clad in a flashed, tumbled modular brick (Ivy League” by Summit Brick) the exterior blends a rich red body with subtle purple undertones. Paired with matching red mortar and sills, the design draws out deep, moody flashes in the sunlight.
