This lake house’s newly renovated sunroom is to die for.
The previous wood windows had a bi-folding 2-2 configuration, leaving a mull post in the middle, limiting their gorgeous view! Thankfully, the homeowners have trusted En Masse Architecture and Design and Meyer Guild to transform their space.
Knowing the sunroom and upstairs rooms are facing Lake Geneva, architects knew they had to minimize their sightlines and maximize their view, which led them to BROMBAL.
The bi-folding FARO65 series comes in many configurations, and the 3-1 configuration would be the one to remove that mull post. Another great upgrade was the removal of the fixed bottom units on the second floor, removing yet another mull post.
The architects decided to match the previous fenestration hardware and frame colors and SDL bars. Swipe to see the beautiful unlaquered brass hardware on the new doors.
