The new addition to Powell Hall serves as a high-performance learning center for musicians, strategically designed to optimize the programmatic flow and reduce occupancy loads within the original historic music hall. The exterior assembly is a sophisticated masonry composition; Interstate Brick supplied 8″ modulars, 11″ stretchers, and 16″ emperors, complemented by their specific lip–brick profiles. To ensure seamless transitions at complex geometries, Brick Tech engineered custom epoxied units for the unique corner returns.
