Adding shapes to your next project is a cost effective way to enhance the appearance of any building. Before you discount brick as a building material capable of unique details, ask of the possibilities. CAD drawings are available from the manufacturer for review by architect / contractor. The photograph below details the expanded view of a special shape used on a Nordstrom store facade. This unit allows a specific set-back "flemish bond" pattern without the issue of an uneven air space or increased labor. Shapes such as the "pistol grip" and "set-back" allow the architect to design a more unique building limited only by the imagination.
